Henry brings 27 years of global operations experience across aerospace, technology, industrial, automotive, and advanced manufacturing industries. As SVP of Operations at AST SpaceMobile, he leads satellite manufacturing and production operations, driving the industrialization and scale-up of the company's space-based cellular broadband network.

Prior to AST SpaceMobile, Henry served as Senior Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain at 3D Systems. Before that, he held multiple executive leadership roles at Wastequip, including Business Unit President and Division President. Earlier in his career, he led global manufacturing strategy and operational improvement initiatives at Dana Incorporated and First Solar.

Henry's experience spans global manufacturing networks across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, with a track record of scaling complex operations, optimizing supply chains, and delivering large-scale business transformation in both public and private equity-backed organizations.



Henry holds a B.S. in Mechatronics Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and completed Executive Education in Business Administration at The Wharton School.
