John Joyce joined AST SpaceMobile in April 2024 as Vice President of Production, bringing over 30 years of experience in the electrical connector industry. In his role, John is responsible for the day-to-day operations of satellite construction, working closely with engineering and test teams to ensure that all individual components are built and tested to the highest standards.

Prior to AST SpaceMobile, John held senior leadership roles managing multiple operations and facilities, including more than 14 years at TE Connectivity. His expertise spans molding, stamping, electromechanical plating, and fiber optic production process development. He also has a strong background in site expansion and facility development.
