Keith is a retired Vice President of Intel Corporation and Senior Managing Director at Intel Capital. At Intel Capital, he played a key role in approving strategic investments, including major projects such as the $3.2 billion investment in ASML. Keith has also held board positions at Rogers Corporation, Reno Sub-Systems, and the Oregon Investment Council, among others. His expertise spans multiple domains, including artificial intelligence, semiconductors, IoT, and cybersecurity. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Northwest Pipe Company, where he chairs the audit committee.

Keith is a CPA (inactive) with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and holds a cybersecurity certification through Carnegie Mellon/NACD.
